Azienda Multinazionale del settore Automotive ricerca una figura di Vehicle Integration Specialist da inserire all'interno dell'ente Electrification Technologies per il plant di Torino o Genova.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Vehicle Integration Specialist is accountable to lead the integration of components, systems and sub-systems electric and hybrid applications ensuring the right expected performances from the customer/end user prospective accordingly to the vehicle functions, systems and sub-system components specifications and overall expected vehicle performances. In addition, he/she has to actively contribute in problem solving in case of any vehicle issue during field tests or in the real customer operations.
Principal subjects: project management, planning, risk assessment and management, tracking, bug fixing, innovation, idea & value creation, vehicle function logics, E/E architecture selection, data management & processing, safety.

• Knowledge on vehicle dynamics and performances, data analysis
• Capacity to create both the risk and the contingency plan
• Good knowledge on the electro-mechanical systems and electronics
• Capacity to promote systems integration optimization
• Support the test plans creation accordingly to the vehicle functions
• Support colleagues concerning the SW and logics improvement
• Work in a multifunctional and cross team
• Attitude to work on different applications with a particular focus on Specialty (Defence, Firefighting and Heavy Off-road, special vehicles)
• Experience on vehicle ECU’s applications
• Basic knowledge on the functional safety (ISO 2626/2) and safety culture in general (risks identification and analysis)
Computer skills:
• Windows operating systems
• Microsoft Office™ tools (Word™, Excel™ and PowerPoint™)
• Microsoft Outlook™
• Microsoft Project™
Professional tools skills: Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, Mathworks toolbox and MS Visual Studio, Polarion (or any other equivalent application lifecycle development tool), DSpace Control Desk, Vector Canalyzer, Vector CANoe. It’s not mandatory to have a deep knowledge for each listed tool.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS (including education):
• Secondary school on Electronic, Informatics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or equivalent fields.
• Proven working experience or attitude in the requested position
• Good knowledge of vehicle architectures, communication networks and engineering tools,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Tendency in safe practices and procedures in these areas of work (electrical safety first!).
• Available for working sessions out of the usual working place and according to the location of the vehicle’s development site.
